Day 1 Arrival in Beijing (L/D)
Arrive in Beijing and
airport pickup. Visit to the Tiananmen Square which is the largest city
square in the world, bordered by the Great
Hall of the People and Chairman Mao’s Mausoleum, then
tour the Forbidden City, the complex of imperial palace, which was home
to the Emperors for over 500 years. Grand halls and courts gradually give way
to more intimate domestic quarters, giving an insight into the pampered
isolation of the emperors. Then
we will visit the newly renovated Niujie
Mosque, which is structurally based on
traditional Chinese wooden palaces, yet adopts a typical Arabic-style of
decoration. Do shopping in the local market and the most
famous Silk Store which has many
kinds of silk materials with the best quality in the morning. Enjoy Acrobatic
Show
at night. Then check into hotel for rest.
Day 2 Beijing (B/L/D)
We
will visit the famous Traditional
Chinese Medicine Center and enjoy
foot massage. Then visit to the Summer
Palace. The Summer Palace – first built in 1750, largely
destroyed in the war of 1860 and restored on its original foundations in 1886 –
is a masterpiece of Chinese landscape garden design. The natural landscape of
hills and open water is combined with artificial features such as pavilions,
halls, palaces, temples and bridges to form a harmonious ensemble of
outstanding aesthetic value. Pray
at the Ming dynasty-built Ma Dian Mosque after lunch – a Mosque with unique Chinese style & hundreds
years of history. Enjoy the tea ceremony at the Tea House. Enjoy special dinner
with Peking Roasted Duck at Ziguangyuan
Restaurant. It has 6 branches in Beijing,
one of the famous Muslim restaurants with history of more than 30 years. Free
shopping at the famous Wang Fu Jing Shopping Street and visit to the Night Food Market which has many halal snacks.
Day
3 Beijing (B/L/D)
Visit to the Jade Museum. Today is the highlight of our China tour, the
climbing of the Great Wall of China (Juyongguan Part). In 220 B.C., under Qin Shi Huang,
the first emperor of China, sections of earlier fortifications were joined
together to form a united defense system against invasions from the north.
Construction of the great wall continued up to the Ming dynasty (1368–1644),
when the Great Wall became the world's largest military structure. Its historic
and strategic importance is matched only by its architectural significance.
Lunch and pray at a Muslim restaurant near the Great Wall. Do shopping at Burning Cream Center. Photo stop at the Olympic Stadiums – Bird Nest and Water Cube from outside.
Do shopping at local markets – Xiushui Market. Dinner will be at Five Star Padang Indonesia Restaurant
which is the only Halal Indonesia restaurant in Beijing. Then visit The Place, which is most
known for its massive LED sky screen.
Day 4
Beijing/Departure (B)
Transfer
to the airport in the morning.
